Following days of in-depth follow-up and an on-site factory inspection, a Russian client has officially signed a procurement contract with our company, selecting our reactors as the core equipment for their power project. Two product models are already completed and will be shipped according to plan.
During initial discussions, the client focused particularly on the equipment's operational stability and energy efficiency in low-temperature environments. Our technical team provided a tailored low-temperature resistance design scheme for the dry-type transformers and validated the product performance with third-party test reports. To give the client a firsthand look at our production capabilities, we invited them for an on-site visit to our production lines earlier this year. Our professionalism at every stage – from stringent raw material selection standards, to precision processing on smart production lines, through to multiple rounds of load testing before final inspection – became key deciding factors for the client.
The reactors from this order will complete factory testing and be shipped to Russia in early October. All products comply with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and local Russian power regulations. The client expressed that choosing to partner with us was not only due to the product's suitability for their project needs, but also because of our well-established delivery and after-sales service system, adding that they look forward to potential long-term cooperation in the future.
